Adulting's Fun. It Never Ends.

Throughout my 20s, I tried so many things, did so many things and became so many things that I became a river of many of my own tributaries. Still meandering, still flowing, but with some direction. Through all of it: books, cinema, digital, advertising, television and teaching, I realised I was doing only one thing: telling stories.

Do One Thing. It's Hardest.

After being an author, a teacher, a copywriter and a producer, I became an entrepreneur.  And Storysurf is my first product. Storysurf is the marriage of my two first-loves: Writing and Teaching.

Amidst ripples of video, Storysurf wants people to read again. Against the tide of self-publishing, Storysurf mentors young writers before publishing them. In the social media ocean of trolls and fights, Storysurf is the antidote.

As an author, I learned that publishers either reject or accept manuscripts. Storysurf does not do either; it mentors writers to write regularly, write better and then publishes them. Since July 2021, it has mentored over 80 writers and published 4250 stories.

Storysurf works with young writers to take them from self-published social-media writers to published authors. On the other hand, Storysurf takes readers from 'I wish I read more' to 'OMG, I read now'.

In the entrepreneurship world full of hares, Storysurf is the tortoise. It has over 100K+ downloads and a readership in 26 countries across the world. It’s a space to read and write, for writing’s sake, for thinking’s sake, for our sake. We need one, for god’s sake.
